Have conducted in excess 500 arbitrations and mediations since 1992. Many of these ADR proceedings involved multiple parties (multi national) and complex issues of civil law, business issues, and many personal injury cases. I have served on the Superior Court panels of Sacramento, San Francisco, Contra Costa, and Almeda County Superior Courts.

My personal injury practice included a 3 week jury trial in Orange County and several other jury trials here in the Bay area. The areas covered included product defects, slip and falls, auto accident, and chiropractic malpractice, toxic chemical torrts. I have conducted hundreds of depositions and know the value of discovery and can cut through many pieces of evidence quickly and efficiently. I am very willing to review the underlying physicains records and review the depositions taken in the case to insure an accurate and thorough review of all relevant facts.
