Conducted numerous mediations for California Superior Courts, the American Arbitration Association, as well as Pacific & New York Stock Exchanges. Conducted in excess 14 jury trials. Further Expert testimony regarding reasonableness and necessity of attorney fees. Largest trial testimony involved reasonableness of $3,500,000 in disputed attorney fees. Further have acted as private mediator and arbitrator in several attorney fee disputes involving reasoanbless and necessity of fees, malpractice issues, excessive hours for work performed, unjustified costs, excessive billing rates.
